Encirc have appointed Richard Lloyd to the position of Managing Director of its ‘Encirc Beverages’ business unit, as the glass container manufacturer and filler continues to integrate ‘The Park’ bottling and warehousing facility in Bristol into its overall business.
Encirc acquired ‘The Park’ in early 2023 from Accolade Wines, it is a highly advanced, sustainable and award-winning manufacturing facility capable of producing the equivalent of more than 30 milion, 9-litre cases of wine a year. The facility is currently zero waste with the installation of wind turbines in 2019 contributing to the use of 100% renewable electricity.
Sponsorship and partnership agency Reg&Co brokered a partnership for Encirc to be the exclusive sponsor of the International Wine & Spirit Competition’s ‘Outstanding Wine Producer of the Year’ Trophy for 2022 & 2023. This partnership sits in perfect harmony given the acquisition of ‘The Park’ solidifies Encirc’s role as a key player in the wine industry in Europe.
